Stacey R. Chinn-Hart earned an MFA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville (1998) and a BFA from the University of Kentucky (1994). A recipient of grants awarded by the Kentucky Arts Council and the Kentucky Foundation for Women, her prolific body of work includes an extensive list of group and solo exhibitions. She has been featured in Sculpture and FiberArts magazines, the ArtNow Gallery Guide, and a number of local, regional, and national exhibition publications. Chinn-Hart has delighted in being a mentor, curator, gallery director, panelist, keynote speaker, juror, and educator. She has enjoyed previous appointments as both full-time and adjunct faculty at the University of Kentucky, Georgetown College, Eastern Kentucky University, and Bluegrass Community & Technical College. Chinn-Hart previously owned MADE KY, a gallery, working studio, and retail venue in downtown Lexington, Kentucky's Historic Distillery District. She is currently the owner, designer, and creator of Lil Crow, her unique brand of functional and wearable ceramic wares.
