This artwork consists of a lot of single flowers. Together they form a circle but you are free to make different formations. A number of flowers are creme/white but the majority is copper-color. They will match almost each wall color. Each flower is glued to a square piece of cardboard so you can stick it to a wall or other surface. You can do that with double-sided adhesive strip (removable). Together with the flowers I will give you a layout of the circle shape, you can hang the layout on the wall where you want the flower arrangement, use a pencil to put a cross or dot in the holes, you can glue the flowers here.

In response to the ongoing digitalisation, paper artist Imre van Buuren (Almelo, 1969) is making books with accompanying cassettes by hand in her studio in The Hague, the Netherlands. The books can be filled as you like, with your stories, thoughts and images. You can write in them and paste photographs so it really becomes Your Book. Imre is looking for a quiet and subdued atmosphere in her work. Combining assembled paper with silk and threads to obtain a intime artwork that consists of a handmade book stored in a cassette that has a cover which consists of a collage of small items.
