Taijul is an award-winning painter and photographer based in Bangladesh whose works have been exhibited nationally. For him, the great power in abstraction lies in its capacity to convey entirely self-contained realities inside the picture plane. Through his works, Islam endeavors to provide a place for meditative thought, or, ideally, no thought at all.
