Gang Xie

Xie Gang is a Chinese painter born in Taiyuan, Shanxi province. He is known for his Chinese ink paintings of landscape and flower-and-birds. His paintings have been exhibited, awarded and collected in United States, Canada, China Mainland and Taiwan.
He is a member of Shanxi Artists Association, Under-Secretary-General of Taiyuan Artists Association, Executive director of Shanxi Gongbi Painting Association.

XieGang got his bachelor degree in ShanxiShifan University.
He continued his study in The Central Academy of Fine Arts or CAFA，which is an art academy managed by the Ministry of Education of China. The Manila Bulletin calls the school "China’s most prestigious and renowned art academy".
