Beatriz Mahan

As an artist, I strive to create new realities that add to the beauty and mystery of life. To me, painting is about finding those apparently meaningless moments and making them something sublime and special. It's about recreating life as if it exists in a parallel universe, and finding that window through which to view it. In my paintings, I hope to capture a glimpse of that otherworldly beauty.
