Elwira Bernaciak Irish Artist.
I am a visual artist, working primarily in acrylic and mixed media. My artistic passion lies in the fusion of abstraction with realism, resulting in the creation of captivating and textured artworks. My inspiration often stems from the simple beauty of everyday life, the wonders of nature, and the deep well of emotions that surround us. Many of my artistic ideas emerge during moments of meditation when my mind finds tranquillity.
Born in Poland, I made Ireland my home in 2005, choosing to embrace it as my permanent residence. It was after a challenging period of illness that I resolved to reignite my passion for art. In 2015, I officially registered my artistic endeavour as "BElwiraArt." Not only did I immerse myself in my art, but I also shared my knowledge as a relaxing art teacher in Carlow, Ireland.
In 2018, my commitment to the arts was officially recognized when I was registered as a professional artist contributing to Irish culture in category "D." In 2020, I achieved a significant milestone by establishing my own Studio & Gallery in Castlecomer, Kilkenny County. I didn't graduate from art school, creating is my passion which turned into work in 2015.Education
Completed an Art Course for adults in IT Carlow and took private classes from art.
Started painting for friends and neighbours. (My education from Poland is not related to art,
after Leaving Certificate, I completed a 2-year study of economic-financial level 5/6)
2014 Completed FETAC Level 3 – General Learning in Carlow (improving my English)
2021/22 „Minor Award Level 8 Business in Marketing” - Digital marketing


Thanks to such activities, I'm was registered in the Irish Citizen in 2018 as an visual artist who produced original and creative work in category “D” – painting or other like picture, which is generally recognised as having cultural or artistic merit.
