Dorie Wardie

A moment in time captured in clay and transformed into a beautiful bronze sculpture to be enjoyed by its viewer for years to come, is my ultimate goal as an artist. I strive to create timelessly beautiful pieces that capture a special part of our world and make the viewer yearn for more.

I am a classically trained artist with years of experience that have been intermittently directed at sculpting and raising a family. Many times the family has taken precedence over my artwork but as my children have grown, I have been able to dive into sculpture again. I find great joy in creating and sharing my work.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Hillsdale College, studying under Anthony Frudakis, Richard Serrin and Sam Knecht.
