Emme Rose is an international artist and the creator behind NEONwitch Co. She is a multimedia illustrator working with most often with watercolour, ink, and digital media located in Toronto, Canada. She was the artist behind Florence and the Machine’s US Tour poster. She has been commissioned and featured by luxury water colour manufacturer Genzah Handmade Watercolours as part of Spectrum. She was also the illustrator for the childrens book "Princess Aila and the Unicorns" by Bill Jamieson. When she is not creating art, she helps nurture others artistic development as an instructor. She has worked as an art instructor for private institutions and individual clients, currently available online only until Covid restrictions.

After attending TASIS, CCI, and Rosedale Heights School of the Arts, Emme completed her degree at OCADu in illustration, where work from her thesis was published in the most recent edition of Colour and Two-dimensional Design, by Glenn McArthur.
