Eva Fydrych

A fashion and travel journalist, photographer, founder of Fashion Studio Magazine and Travelling In Style, Eva’s favourite way to tell stories is on canvas with paint. Her work explores universal themes such as beauty, femininity, joy, happiness, dreams, desires, and the power of emotions.

Eva's unique style caught the attention of several art collectors in the US, Canada, Mexico, and her home country, Poland.

Self-taught in her practice, painting began as an experiment that quickly evolved into a full-scale passion project and a new direction in her career.

In 2019 and 2022, Eva took drawing and portrait painting courses at Toronto School of Art to refine her skill set and explore new techniques.

Her fashion portraits feature imaginary people and showcase a perfect reality where anything is possible. Her paintings are positive, bold, and full of vivid colours. Each one evokes happiness, energy, and fearlessness, reminding us that we should all use the power of imagination in our daily life. Eva’s inspiration comes from fashion and beauty industry, various cultures around the world, and extensive independent travelling around Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Europe.

In 2019 and 2020, she showcased her work internationally at several events & exhibitons in Canada and Mexico.

In 2021, Eva was represented by two established art galleries in Mexico where her work was sold to international clients.

In February 2022, she collaborated with Plaza Bugambilias in Guadalajara and was commissioned to paint "La Felicidad" mural which received a lot of positive feedback. Three of her paintings were also used to decorate the trendy interiors of Casa Dovela, an Airbnb property, in Guadalajara (Mexico).
