Grazyna Wolski

Grazyna Wolski was born and raised in Poland. Her interest in art began at an early age with sketching, drawing and painting. As a young woman she focused on a career in theatre production and design, while working as an Early Education Teacher. Together with her young family, she immigrated to Canada in 1988 and settled in BC in 1991. Here she has further developed her artistic side by taking up pottery, pursuing a career in special effects and make-up artistry, and exploring her love for painting through workshops and online studies. Her serious art journey began about 10 years ago when she decided to dedicate herself full time to painting. Her first choice of medium were acrylics, but she soon gravitated toward oils.
Wolski finds herself deeply connected to Nature, with an instinctive feeling of being a part of it. Through her paintings she tries to express how she sees and understands the miraculous Universe. The Federation of Canadian Artists awarded her signature status in 2014.
Wolski lives and paints on Vancouver’s beautiful North Shore.
