Idoia Izumi

Izumi Idoia is a freelance artist and illustrator based in Tokyo and Paris.
Trained in architecture and lyrical art, she creates artworks using a variety of techniques ranging from watercolor to oil, clay and textiles.
With over 20 years of experience in fashion, textiles, and publishing, she has collaborated with renowned brands such as Givenchy, Balenciaga, and Nina Ricci, as well as artists like Beyoncé.
Her transdisciplinary work spans murals to music videos, and she regularly exhibits in Europe and Asia.
Inspired by dreams, femininity, and nature, Idoia Izumi creates works that blend figuration and abstraction, incorporating drawings, paintings, sculptures, and masks.
