Izzy Kwok

Izzy born in Hong Kong.

Her dad is a photographer in Hong Kong. Since childhood, she followed her father out to take pictures. Maybe she got her father's genetic. She also loves photography and has a pair of eyes that can capture photography.

Izzy, also is an art lover, she has never studied at university, except for primary and secondary schools, where art and music are the highest scores, but other subjects are poor :P

She believes that every photo or artwork has many interesting stories. In addition to the author, people who appreciate it can also consider their own stories. These stories are from the heart, and perhaps the hidden meaning brings a little traction.

She is very grateful that she started to get in touch with spirituality and Buddhist practice a few years ago. From this, she learned that humans need a little breathing space from life. And think that, creating or viewing artworks may help to heal mentally and spirituallyIn this connection, she also began to learn about mindfulness photography and art therapy.
