Yekaterina Yermolayeva

I was born in a small town in Kazakhstan, but my art became the bridge that carried me beyond my homeland and opened up an entire world for me. In my work, I combine abstraction, cubism, pop art, spiritual painting, and collage. It is important to me that each piece is not just a painting but a whole story filled with emotions and symbolism.

My journey into the world of art is a path of exploration and self-expression. Throughout my career, I have participated in five group exhibitions with young Kazakhstani artists and held two solo exhibitions: "The Element of Painting" and "Portrait of My Soul." Each of them was a significant milestone, allowing me to share my thoughts and feelings through art.

I find inspiration in many things: literature, music, nature, photography, meditation, and esotericism. These sources fuel my creativity and help me discover new dimensions of self-expression.

My works are an attempt to look into the depths of the human soul, to connect realism with spiritual concepts, and to reveal the complexity and beauty of the inner world. Through art, I strive to express what I feel so that my paintings resonate in people's hearts.

2008 - 2012. North Kazakhstan State University named after Academician Manash Kozybayev, Faculty of Arts, Department of Architecture and Design, Bachelor of Design.
2012 - 2014. North Kazakhstan State University named after academician Manash Kozybayev, Faculty of Arts, Department of Contemporary Art, Master of Contemporary Painting and Restoration.
2014 - 2021. Studying at the Painting Studio of Alexandr Gerassimov (Gera) in the direction of Cubism and Conceptualism.
