Marie-Pierre Minvielle

Since my early years I have been drawing and painting. I'm really fond of art and architecture and . I am inspired by artistic trends like the Bauhaus and the geometrical abstraction of Kandinsky , Klee and also by Sonia Delaunay and Joan Mitchell.
I love painting unique works of art of great fine art quality and often on 3D square canvas. Each painting is inspired by my walks , either in the city or along the Ocean.

I studied Arts Plastiques at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bordeaux and then went to the Chelsea College of Art and Design in London to follow Interior Design courses . Since then I work essentially with acrylic paint, pigments and oil pastels. Mixed medias enable to express movement and harmony linking together arts, architecture and different culture from South West of France.

2007: Jazz and wine festival at Planète Bordeaux in Beychac et Caillaux en France (Gironde)
2008: Vinexpo la Foire internationale du vin autour du thème du vin et de la femme
2009-2015: Promenade des Arts , exposition dominicale sur le Cours du Chapeau rouge au centre de Bordeaux avec peintres, sculpteurs, graffistes réunis.
