Munaisra is a self-taught Pakistani artist based in Islamabad. She captures every day mundane moments with her two nieces. Her work depicts how childhood inspires adulthood.
Using expressive strokes, she evokes subtle drama in her work. You will see an array of directed lines, play of warm and cool colors, illusion of textures and delectable dance of sunlight.
Every piece of this series is her story of resilience, worn by her pure muses.
