“My main focus became the relationship between light and dark, two powerful concepts that carry a philosophical and spiritual pandora box about our existence. The simple thought arises as a whisper that becomes the subtle presence of light in the darkness. I work with fluorescent colors and pigments to create a universe of brightness and vivid chromatics. In each painting, I emphasize the essence of nature through subtle contrasts and raw colors highlighted by modulated matter, almost in the manner of alchemical practice.
