Since the first day I picked up a crayon, I loved to draw. As a child I filled page after page with images from my imagination. I was born in the Philippines but at the age of six moved to Santa Cruz, CA, a sunny hippy beach town. The surf, skate and psychedelic art of this vibrant community has been inspiring me since I was a little girl.
I graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Media Studies, but I always managed to fit in art and design classes. Currently I'm exploring ideas of how we perceive reality, using the feminine form or geometric shapes. My favorite mediums are pen, graphite pencil and colored pencil.
