Matt Mahmood-Ogston

My art is influenced by the tragic loss of my soulmate and fiancé of thirteen years. I feel lost in this world with out him. I am endlessly searching and patiently waiting for the day I will meet him again.

As a documentary filmmaker I am Inspired by cinema. Many of my pieces present themselves in widescreen format.

I studied photography at Bournville College of Art. In my later years I worked as a Director for the iconic Magnum Photos, where I refined my burning desire to create things with true depth and meaning.
