Jessica Orchowitz

Jessica perceives sound in color and emotion. Like tuning in to a radio frequency, the right song can evoke a kaleidoscopic journey through an ever-evolving, layered artistic process. Healing, strength, passion, and the depth of a soul are frequent sources of inspiration.

Acrylic is her preferred medium as it allows a quicker pace while working in time with music. She enjoys experimentation, however, and will incorporate oil, watercolor, resin, charcoal and pastels.

A student of art through her second year of college, she ultimately chose to self-instruct as coursework felt limiting to a more organic process.
