Born;1/12/1949,Levittown,N.Y, great time to be alive. Average american kid,Boomer turned Hippie,. Went to Woodstock, Chicago 68', California 69'. I seemed to be in middle, and witness to events, great change's that I wanted to understand myself & describe to friends who stayed home and hadnt " gotten on the Bus". My desire to describe what I was seeing, combined with a lack of any talent at writing, I took up the mighty Camera in 1975. Photography has a built-in excuse to travel & explore. I've visited many places I would not normally have been welcomed. I usually fit right in. I've always felt empathy for the underdog, acknowledge the power of the invisible. I feel most comfortable at home and in places that are rapidly changing or possibly disappearing.
