I am interested and creating in two fields of art: in photography and in abstract painting. Painting for me is primarily about colour and light. The energy, strength of colours, as well as their barely noticeable nuances, shades just draw you in and don’t let go. Thus arises the desire to express oneself through colours. Each colour also dictates its own form, they seem to create their own space and forms, transforming into other colours and shades. It seems like poetry of colours. For me inspiration comes from observing, feeling and going deep into the environment. A contemplative approach, a sense of the moment is very important. I can be inspired by nature, but also by the view of a construction site or the colours of the pavement. I am not attracted to trendy currents and techniques. I like to paint as I feel and see. In photography, I am also drawn to abstract photography, I like something between photography and painting. But I also like real photography, especially of city life and architecture, also nature. I participate in joint exhibitions both in Lithuania and abroad, also had several personal exhibitions.
