I am an abstract oil painter based in Winchester, Hampshire in the South of England. I find inspiration in the colour and movement in everyday activities. My artistic influences are Wassily Kandinsky, Kurt Schwitters and David Bomberg, as well as the Scottish colourists. My passion for oil painting stems from my studies in London where I learned the infinite potential of colour mixing. Unlike acrylic the oils can be moved around, altered, and added to. I mix all of own colours from primaries to achieve a unique palette.
