Punk60 is a New York artist who works within the realm of Pop and Modern Art, by incorporating altered original photographs, found objects, graffiti, and assemblage. Punk60's visionary style is a montage of epic life experiences and fantasy.

My pieces are concepts baked with deep narratives that evoke intense emotions intended to result in thought provoking memories.Themes of discord run rampant in Punk60's work. The beauty in death, stealing innocence, the crime of graffiti as a right to free expression...

The artist has lived and worked in New York City for over 25 years, and maintains a residence in a rural community in western New Jersey. It is deep in the woods, where one's imagination can run rapid.

The artist known began studying art, drawing and painting, as a child. Growing up in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA, in a family of 6, the artist escaped her dysfunctional troubled home life by losing herself in art. Pubescent years treasured free time on the weekends were spent being mentored at the home of artist Claire Sargentson, learning to draw and then paint. The effects of the untimely deaths of her older brother and younger sister can be witnessed in many of her current works.
More formal education to study art came at from Kutztown University, a campus known for producing many fine artists. Later in life, formal training at The Museum of Modern Art, The School of Visual Art, both in New York City, and the Photography Workshops in Rockport, Maine.
Professionally, the artist known as Punk60 is a film and television Director and Editor. She has won awards for her “visual mixing”, including 2 Emmys. Her “eye” for juxtaposing moving imagines is evident in her still images. Her television and film work has been seen internationally.
The artist has lived and worked in New York City for over 25 years, and maintains a residence in a rural community in western New Jersey.

In 2014, Punk60's art was exhibited in a group show at The Museun of Modern Art in New York City.
In 2015 the artist had a solo show at The Mercedes House in NYC.
In 2017, the artist was choosen as a”game changer” and asked to exhibit with Saatchi Art at The Other Art Fair, NYC.
