Richa Agarwal Dalmia

Born and brought up in New Delhi, India, Richa is currently residing in Kolkata, India since she got married.
Being a traveler has shaped her perspective in deliberate ways. Having travelled far and wide to mesmerizing places, she draws great inspiration from nature.

Richa has studied M.Sc. Engineering Project Management from University of Leeds, UK.
Before she became a full time painter, she has worked as a project manager on construction sites and helped her father run the family business of printing newspapers, and while she did this, she had considered painting only as a hobby.
Though she doesn't have a formal degree in Arts, Richa has worked under the guidance of renowned artists of Kolkata, adapting to varied mediums and styles, exploring her concept without conventional restrictions before developing a style of her own: intricate graphics and pen work and finger painting.
Having built a small collection of her artwork, she has started exhibiting to get a critical perspective. Her paintings today adorn the walls of many art lovers in USA, Europe and across India.
