Giuseppe Angelo Salmoiraghi

Born in Legnano (Italy) in 1963, the author is an Italian painter and sculptor who lives and creates in Inveruno (Italy).

Despite having embarked on a course of technical-scientific studies that have led him to achieve brilliant results as a manager in important companies operating in the design of new technologies, he has always dedicated a large part of his creative energies to artistic activities.

Initially directed to the musical and literary genre, also with regard to the passion for photography and thanks to the teachings of his father Eugenio, he transposed his artistic research into the pictorial field, initially painting according to the dictates of the Impressionist trend, then moving into an Abstract and Conceptual, enhancing its major expressive stimuli.

He has participated in numerous exhibitions and national art competitions, in which he has obtained a good response from critics and the public, as well as flattering awards. In the last year, the artistic vein finds a further expressive modality in sculpture, a world certainly more demanding than painting, but which offers hitherto unexplored and highly satisfying additive sensorialities.

In each work the commitment is always maximum in offering an "emotional key" ...
