Sarah Schwartz

When the pandemic started, I got back into my art after taking a 10+ year hiatus.

After architecture school and grinding at several design roles in NYC, the pandemic acted as a forcing function to slow down. It offered me dedicated time where I could simply be with myself and explore my inner world.

I moved out to CA in 2020 and my art practice continues. I’ve since been experimenting with many techniques (e.g. acrylic paints, tape, markers, and magazines, to canvases, trays, repurposed frames, wooden panels, skateboards).

I work at Apple as a product designer and paint out of my home studio in LA.
