Weronika Kami

Classical school of drawing and painting at the Faculty of Architecture. Successful painting career afterwards. Actively involved in contemporary music and performative art for years. Favorite technique: Dry Pastel.

Currently returning to larger formats on canvas with the « Architektonity » series, the beginnings of which date back to early concepts and a series of oil paintings.

Architectural thinking combined with painting practice leads to multiple transformations and sublimations. Shapes and colors acquire symbolic value, the interpretation of which belongs only to the recipient.

MSc in Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology.

2022 ⌖ Individual Retrospective Exhibition in the Camaldolese Cellars in Warsaw, where works from the years 1993-2020 and previously unpublished poems were presented. Curated by: Zdzisław Piernik.
