Behnoush Barzegar Khaneghah

Behnoush Barzegar (b. 1988, Tehran, Iran) is a multidisciplinary artist exploring clouds as metaphors for migration, belonging, and memory. Her body of work spans bronze, fiberglass, paper-mâché, and light-based sculptures — transforming ephemeral forms into tangible reflections of identity and impermanence.

Through her ongoing series such as The Bronze Ones, The Floating Ones, and The Light Ones, Barzegar creates dreamlike spaces that blend materiality and emotion — where each cloud finds its home wherever it goes.

Barzegar’s works have been exhibited in Australia, Canada, and Iran, and are part of private collections internationally.

She lives and works between Sydney, Australia and Tehran, Iran.
