Michael Janetakes

Michael Janetakes has been painting since childhood. He paints in many mediums however his preferred methods are watercolors and oils. He was involved in the media and public relations arena for over thirty years including, identity branding, museum exhibits, sculpture, desktop publishing, wholesale markets and advertising campaigns specializing in small town promotions. Also he is passionate about performing in film (a member of ACTRA) and theatre and song - even ran a chamber choir. Recent years he joined the Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce as a board member and was on the special events committee of Minden Hills. While there he hosted a show on CANOE FM and ran a resort there. Mike returned to Toronto to try a role as Resident Manager for two high rise buildings in Toronto . He is now perusing his acting and fine art interests.
