I am a Los Angeles–based fine art photographer whose work explores identity, memory, and place through quiet, meditative imagery. My practice weaves together landscapes and personal narratives, creating photographs that serve as a call to pause—offering balance, stillness, and reflection in both natural and urban environments. Born in Hong Kong and raised Buddhist, I am deeply influenced by overlooked moments of presence and the fluidity of time. My visual language draws inspiration from Tang Dynasty poet-painter Wang Wei, as well as modern masters such as Fan Ho, Edward Hopper, Ansel Adams, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Pierre Dmitrienko. With a background in psychology and years of global travel assignments, I approach photography as a form of meditation—images that transport the viewer into spaces of calm, harmony, and new beginnings. My work is held in private and institutional collections and was recently exhibited at the Pasadena Museum of History. Each piece is produced as archival pigment prints, often framed in wood or presented on bespoke aluminum or acrylic finishes. I am an ambassador for Canson Infinity, and my photographs have been featured in Architectural Digest, Aesthetica, and The Hollywood Reporter. Collectors include author Celeste Ng, and recent commissions include JP Morgan Chase, American Express, and Delta. All print sizes available here are exclusive to Saatchi Art.
