Robert Grubbs

My name is Robert Grubbs and I have been an artist for over thirty years now; ever since I was five years old and I got into trouble with my first grade teacher, Mrs. Robinson, for drawing cars in class instead of listening to her lecturing about something I thought was too boring for me to be bothered with. I love to draw and I spent much of my time drawing anything from cars, trucks, robots and dogs floating on clouds in space. I was lucky because as a child I had a mother who supported my past time instead of discouraging me as I got older. After graduating from high school I went to college at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro to further my passion. I graduated with a BS Degree in Commercial Art and the training I received from "A-State" was fantastic because it allowed me to excel in my craft and learn about various art forms and create art work in a variety of media. When I ventured off into the "real world" I did my commercial art thing and created work for different companies as well as private individuals for their own business ventures.
