There are so many images that come into my head! These are influenced by everything from nature to the madness of mankind, the past and the future, hopes and dreams, emotion, life, love. Everything.

I am not a "trained" artist. This is good because it has allowed me to evolve my own style. Consequently I put myself in the naive artist bracket and have great admiration for people like Ivy Langton and (the English) Fred Yates.

My favourite comment on what I show here is "His paintings are like dreams". This was from one of my daughters, age 9. Bless. I am touched.

It is a great feeling to mould these images into a snapshot to take me back again. I hope people who view my work can take the images into their own mind and summon up the essence that inspired them. Will you see what I see?
