Antonella Caraceni

I was born in Rome and even as a child loved drawing and painting. I was not very eager to learn anything but art. So in a quite silent world I looked around and observed the features, expressions, without paying much attention to what people said. Perhaps because of this innate interest to faces I'm still fascinating by it. Realistic or idealized face continues to be the strongest way to tell stories, lives and feelings.
