Contact us.Tatyana Binovska is an internationally acclaimed Ukrainian artist, a pioneering former gallerist, curator, and a prominent figure in the contemporary art world. Originally born in Bakhmut, Ukraine, and a graduate of the prestigious Odesa Art College, her career spans decades of significant contributions to monumental art, design, and classical oil painting.
Throughout her illustrious career, Tatyana has held over 30 solo exhibitions in major galleries and museums worldwide, alongside participating in more than 40 international group shows. Her artworks are held in esteemed museum collections and private residences across the globe. In recognition of her immense cultural impact, she has been honored with numerous national awards, diplomas, and the prestigious Order of Saint Sophia for her contribution to Ukrainian art.
A visionary entrepreneur, Tatyana founded "Art Studio," the very first private art gallery in independent Ukraine, and later established the Odesa Maritime Art Gallery, which she successfully directed for 15 years with the support of the Odesa Seaport. She served as the Secretary of the National Union of Art Galleries of Ukraine and headed the Odesa Business Women's Club. As a curator, she launched Eastern Europe's first maritime art fairs, the "MARINE" Biennales (spanning from 1996 to 2008), and created major international cultural exchange projects, including the acclaimed "Ah Africa" art project supported by the South African Embassy.
Tatyana's creative journey is deeply nomadic and cross-cultural. Her artistic practice includes large-scale monumental frescoes both in Ukraine and abroad, such as a major cold encaustic mural for the Hotel De Medici (Golden Tulip Group) in Bruges, Belgium. Between 2009 and 2016, she lived and worked in Cape Town, South Africa, an experience that infused her palette with vibrant African energy. In 2016, she was selected for the prestigious Redbubble Artist Residence program in Melbourne, Australia.
Currently based in Cyprus, Tatyana works daily in her studio, focusing on traditional oil painting on canvas. Her current works masterfully blend classical mythology with the raw beauty of the natural world, capturing the Mediterranean's timeless spirit, light, and sacred mysteries.
Tatyana's creative journey is deeply nomadic and cross-cultural.
