Tetiana Shendryk

I am a Ukrainian artist currently based between Austria and Ukraine. My current focus is on portraiture.

I studied at Kharkiv Art School and graduated with honors from the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts in 2014. Since 2015, I have been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, actively participating in exhibitions and plein airs in Ukraine and abroad.

My practice explores emotions, inner strength, and femininity. Rooted in academic painting traditions, my work is expressed through a contemporary visual language. I am particularly drawn to the gaze and the subtle tension within a figure, seeking to reveal depth and presence beyond the visible surface.

My artworks are held in private collections in the USA, the UK, Italy, Austria, Singapore, Montenegro, and other countries, as well as in the Parkhomovsky Art Museum.

From 2005-2008 studied at the Kharkov Art School as an artist-instructor.

2014 - Graduated with honors from the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts, specialty - Easel painting.
