Neil was formerly head of Fine Art at the School of Creative Arts and Digital Industries at B&FC, and also Curriculum Manager for the School of Creative Arts and Media at Burnley College.
Relocating to the South East he completed a Master's post-graduate degree in Fine Art at Cambridge School of Art and now focuses full time on studio practice.
