Canadian artist with a wide range of maker skills and visual art interests. Bill creates 2D and 3D works art utilizing the mediums of paper collage, assemblage sculpture and digital photography. His work explores the transformational power of recycling and up cycling utilizing the flotsam and jetsam remnants of consumer society. Many of the art works explore the open spirit of play and whimsy.
