Erekle Kiparoidze

Erekle Kiparoidze (b. 1990) is a contemporary artist based in Tbilisi, Georgia. His practice is centered on the formal exploration of acrylic painting, with a specific focus on the material interaction between the medium and the canvas.

Kiparoidze’s work is characterized by a minimalist visual language, utilizing high-contrast values and a restricted color palette to emphasize structural form. His approach is methodical, prioritizing the physical act of creation and the deliberate reduction of environmental detail to highlight the integrity of the gesture.
