Fausto Roma

I was born in Ceccano (Fr) - Italy in 1955

I made my studies in Artistic Secondary School, then at the Academy of Arts in Frosinone.

From the half of 90's, I made the sculpture-architectures, taking as model the totemic shape.

In such sense meaningful work is "the Tree of the Peace" realized in Frosinone for the visit of Pope Joan Paul II.

In 2005 I made an exposition in Rome called “The extension of the images, the structure of the shapes” at “Horti Sallustiani”.

In April 2005 my little Jewel-sculpture called “Eneide” was bring in the european Space Mission, on the space ship Soyuz 10s, by italian Astronaut Vittori, the jewel is now exposed at Regione Lazio Council.

In 2006 I exhibit my works in a personal exhibition called “La Grande Parete” at “Sala Regia” of Palazzo Venezia in Rome, presented by Prof. Claudio Massimo Strinati and Sergio Rossi, professor of History of Modern Arts at La Sapienza University in Rome.

An important masterpiece I made is an enormous Sculpture called “La Grande Parete” (The Big Wall) ordered by Navarra Spa and important company of waste disposal: I was inspired by “Cyclopic Walls” of my native territory, Ciociaria. 118 polygons of resin and garbage that compose a wall, 26.3 fts high and 52.6 fts large.

On January 2008 I realized a bronze sculpture for the Popolare del Frusinate Bank called “ La Venere nutrice”.
