Guy Blockx

Guy Blockx (b.1976) is a visual artist and designer living in Belgium.

After studying illustration and graphic design at Sint-Lucas Antwerp, Guy started working as a graphic and web designer. In 2016, he started experimenting with painting again in a need to step away from the computer screen and express his creativity in a more personal manner. His work mainly focuses on creating visually pleasing compositions of geometric forms, colour, space and texture. He uses a visual language that is inspired by a diverse range of interests, including architecture, art, design, literature and music.

Guy’s work is held in private collections throughout Europe and the US.
