Stef Shock

Stef's work in abstraction fluctuates between abstract painting and fiber art. Tearing apart paintings and reassembling them transforms the canvas into sculpture. Portraits become a living, breathing representation of the inner turmoil and growth that comes from tearing ourselves apart and reconstructing what's left. Her artwork speaks to the tangible and intangible within us.

Stef Shock works in acrylics, encaustic wax, charcoals, plaster, inks, oil pastels, and graphite. These diverse mediums lend her work a rich texture and depth, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the intricate details of each piece.
