Born in 1971 in Tashkent and now based in Cancún, Spiros developed a distinctive painterly language characterized by bold palette-knife structures and chromatic intensity. While his earlier works were rooted in contemporary impressionism — including seascapes, urban scenes, and florals inspired by Caribbean light — his recent body of work evolves within what he defines as Ornamental Expressionism. In this approach, ornament functions not as decoration, but as emotional structure. The human presence emerges through rhythmic surface construction, layered color, and controlled fragmentation. His works are held in private collections internationally. Studio archive and available works are presented at the artist’s official domain.
