Charlotte Lemaigre Dubreuil

Born in France, my artistic journey began in Newburgh, New York, USA. Growing up in a family of artists, creativity came naturally to me. During my year in the United States, I immersed myself in photography, painting, and drawing, laying the foundation for my artistic path.

Upon returning to France, I joined EPSAA, where I spent five years specializing in graphic arts, painting, photography, illustration, and typography. In 2012, I relocated to Dubai, dedicating eight transformative years to painting. My travels through India, Oman, Jordan, Armenia, Iran, Lebanon, Jerusalem, and the UAE deeply influenced my work and inspired two well-received exhibitions. While in Dubai, I also began teaching painting, a rewarding experience that further enriched my creative journey.

Returning to Madrid marked a new chapter. In 2024, I participated in a plein air workshop in France led by marine painter Jacques Rohaut, an experience that reinforced my passion for painting.

Today, as a full-time artist, I am devoted to growth and excellence, channeling my love for painting and drawing into every piece. Each brushstroke reflects my deep connection to the world around me and my commitment to capturing its beauty.
