Taking photographs has become a means of expressing my concealed self. I am inspired by the disregarded, the ignored as I feel it connects with me in my own fragmented past and possibilities unrealized. My photos are expressions of my discovery of the disguised fragments of everyday life and bestowing it a rightful recognition. Acknowledgements of the overlooked aspects of the environments we occupy bring me a form of reconciliation to facets of my own ambiguous past.
