A multi-disciplined artist and designer working out of South West France.

An abstract gestural artist with a personal vision, often inspired by nature, he works into the canvas, with a knife, a brush, a sponge or any tool to describe or suggest. A thought or a message which is intended to be a free interpretation for everyone, a journey to the heart of the very essence of ambiguity, where everyone meets the powerful energy of the artist to finally appropriate the entire translation. This painter favors movement in the creation of his canvas, which allows the gaze that escapes into a dreamlike atmosphere, a free space, a land conducive to the wanderings of the mind. Ian Palmer offers you a space of freedom, to walk around without direction and indulge in simple contemplation, a space to let your emotions come.
