Ivana Kolenc

My name is Ivana Kolenc, born in Croatia, city of Zagreb. I have loved photography and painting since childhood. I am an active member of the photo video club and an active member of the Croatian Fine Artists. So far I have about fifteen photo exhibitions. three exhibitions of analog photography, 14 exhibitions of digital photography on different topics. I actively participate in various photography competitions, from which I won about 10 diplomas, my works were even published in the book island photographers with a short biography, my works were exhibited at various historical and cultural events and halls, I learned various art techniques within the Association of Fine Artists and photographer from Croatia. The inspiration for my works are my life experiences and my paintings especially started to be more active and inspiring after my visit to Medjugorje three years ago. Through my works, my goal is to celebrate and share knowledge about faith and prayer, especially through Our Lady's Rosary. My knowledge about painting happened especially after my visit to Medjugorje, when I received the gift of the Holy Spirit for painting works. For which I am grateful.
