Myra Fiori

With a resume ranging from organic farmer to global marketing and PR professional, creativity characterizes all my endeavors. Guided by the principles of sustainability, soil and plants are my palette for farming. In brand marketing and communications, big scale concepts that engage consumers in unique art-focused experiences take front and center.

My photography based art is digital collage composed of materials recycled from another source; a mix and match of things from my environment, collected on the streets, garbage cans or claimed for pennies in a thrift store. Jewelry is my current material of choice.

My university degree has little to do with my life or career choices. The best education I received was from the artists I encountered, befriended and worked with on my journey. Without them, my magical and interesting life would not have been possible. Art has been my salvation, inspiration and ultimate means of expression.

I have been exhibited at 500 Louis Vuitton store windows globally and am part of “200 Trucks, 200 Visionaries,” a multi-city exhibition from France to Singapore and Beverly Hills, NYC, and London. Other exhibitions include a solo show in Venice, Italy at D3082, Museo D’Aumale, Museo Riso and a permanent exhibit with APPA Museum in Piazza Aragona of Palermo’s historic district. My work has also been shown in private shows at Six Summit Gallery at New York City’s Port Authority, Atlanta’s St. Ignatius and Atlanta Art Solutions.
