Natalya Smirnova

Based in Tuscany, Italy, I draw inspiration from the landscapes, architecture and everyday life around me. My artistic practice moves between oil painting, watercolour and pastel, allowing each medium to offer a different way of observing and interpreting the world.

I enjoy working on several pieces at once, following the ideas, subjects and materials that attract me in each moment. This open and intuitive approach allows my work to evolve naturally across different techniques and subjects.
