As an artist I strive to invoke an emotional response to my art such as joy/happiness, sentimental nostalgia, or a sense of having been or wanting to be in the scene I'm portraying. My art is inspired by nature whether it be a botanical study, a nostalgic still life or captured in the countryside landscapes I create.
