I was born in Berlin and have been painting for as long as I can remember. Art has always been a place of retreat for me. A space where I could process everything that often feels too big, too loud or simply too much. Even though I’m still young, painting feels like something that’s always been part of me.
Over the years, my style has changed. I’ve tried things out, let things go, started again. But the impulse to paint has stayed. For me, it’s not just about expression, it’s also a way of understanding. Myself, the world around me, the things I can’t quite put into words.
Most of my work is created intuitively. I like it when something appears on the canvas that I couldn’t fully plan. Something that only reveals itself while making. Maybe it’s those in-between moments, the unsaid and unspoken, that my paintings are meant to hold.
I hope my art resonates with people. Quietly, honestly, openly. Maybe through a thought. Maybe through a feeling that can’t be named. Maybe through a moment that makes you pause.
In a world that’s constantly changing, art has become a steady presence in my life. It grounds me, challenges me, keeps me going. And maybe that’s exactly why I keep returning to it.
